"Good morning

Hope all are well and enjoying the GREAT OUTDOORS. It was a Perfect day in the Fields at Solana Ranch Wed. P.M. 09-13-06.(Lynn Farm)

We had the North wind blowing at 5 to 15 Miles Ph.,not a cloud in the sky, and the Dove were Flying High and fast. It was like you were shooting at a rocket.

We saw two groups of 15 to 20 come in fast, and land in the middle of the field. It appeared that they were taking a break from their trip South. The activity were mostly at the Hours from 4 to 6 P.M, after that it was very quite.

As a side show we were able to observe the Sky Divers Jumping at 4 and 5 P.M.(Salado Airport)/.

So all and all it was a very enjoyable, and entertaining afternoon.

We could have used more Hunters in the field,as there was only Charlie and I On the Lynn Farm.

We dressed out 8 birds, observed a Sunset that just absolutely took your breath, at 7:39 P.M.

Remember God loves a good Hunter and so do I !!

"Peanut, Just a quick note to let you all know how much I enjoyed the hunt with the Swaffer Group. It was by far one of the most memorable trips I've been on. And keep in mind, we have had some REAL memorable trips with Kris. I cannot think of anything that I would change about this hunt.....wait, there is one thing....that Dave's group could do better. I can't wait to see the "C-note" hanging on the wall.

Anyway, I had a great time all around and WILL be back next year. Make sure to say Hey to Robert, John and Dave.
