TERMS OF HUNTING

Valid Texas hunting license required
All state & federal game laws strictly enforced.
Good sportsmanship and safe hunting practices are required at all times.
Violation of rules or unsafe hunting practices or hunting while under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be grounds for expelling hunter from pasture.
Dove hunters must have ranch I.D. card or be listed on ranch hunter roster.
Hunter must provide own sighted-in rifle and ammunition.
Gun or bow hunting.
Recommended calibers: 270, 7mm, 30-06 or 300mag
Signed liability release form is required.
Taxidermy is not included.
Wounded game is same as kill, charged 100% of trophy fee.
No shooting across fences.
Hunting and/or shooting from vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Accepted payment - Personal checks, Cash, AMEX, VISA/MASTERCARD
Non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking date. (see individual hunts for amount)
Remaining balances are due upon departure from hunt.
In case of cancellation, there will be no refund of deposit.
$100 non-hunter fee per day. This includes meals and lodging.

WHAT TO BRING

Well, Texas weather is unpredictable. One day, short-sleeves, the next day 35°; mornings cool and afternoons warm. We suggest you bring warm layered clothing and come prepared for 30° to 75° days. Bedding and linen for the bunk beds and showers are included in the comfortable cabins, which, by the way, have air & heat, to accommodate summer and winter hunters. Bring your own safety harness & personal toiletries.

Some of you may want to take a break from hunting and relax by the creek, so bring light tackle or fly rods and do a little fishing while you are here.

TRANSPORTATION

Flights arrive and depart form Austin Bergstrom Airport in Austin, Texas, approximately 50 miles south of the ranch. You now can fly in and out of Killeen-Ft Hood Regional Airport (www.flykilleen.net), approximately 28 miles northwest of the ranch. Car Rentals are available at both airports for those of you who want your own vehicle or let us know in advance and we will send ranch personnel to pick you up.
